Urban Meyer tried to coach an NFL team the same way he coached college teams. The main difference is that he was coaching grown men, not college kids. How would you feel if you had a new boss who came in and started decorating the office like a kindergarten classroom? That's basically what Meyer did.
Hawk is definitely the hero of the show. His input is so necessary and I hope he never leaves!!

Man, I haven’t played football in 30 years and I could have pissed off everyone, disrespected everyone, assaulted an employee, fingered a starfish in a bar, AND won 2 games as a head coach, and I would have done it for a cool million. I would have saved the Jags big 💰

He was really trying to speedrun "quickest HC to get fired in NFL history".....he did everything right too and still ended up coaching 13 games. That's gotta be in the top 10 shortest tenures
