Omg, I LOVE all the parallels between Villanelle/Eve and Carolyn/Konstantin. I really think they were meant to mirror each other and that Villaneve are reliving their past relationship in a way, and you showed that so well here! It's probably wishful thinking and they will die, but it'd be nice if they did get that 'normal life' and 'happy ending'. I doubt, but let's see.

P.S.2 This makes me want to edit a Villaneve+ Constantin/Carolyn edit myself, but I'll probbably wait a bit. I want to see what happens.

Yes! I honestly didn't think both of these pairs were so closely linked until seeing 4x05 and just how many parallels between them existed! We probably won't see a 'happy ending', but then again, the definition of 'happy ending' is different for each person. For me, I'd like to see a truthful ending to the characters, however I'm not completely sure what that is just yet. I think I will know once I see what they will deliver in the finale!

Are you still planning on making that Villaneve + Carolyn/Konstantin edit? Because I would really look forward to seeing it in case you are still thinking of creating it!
@@Infinitex Oh, I agree that the notion of 'happy ending' is versatile. The happiest scenario would be with your characters alive and together (at least I think that's what many people want) but only if it's true to their character. Villanelle and Eve are probbably not made like that so even if they die but are together that's a more realistic take. It would hurt the fans but we will not frget them. Idk, I would take any ending as long as it's not rushed and superficial.
And I do, but I am currently working on something that I really want to finish, and I also want to see the last episode.
