One of the greatest matches I've ever seen and clearly could have been the upset of the century.

If Quadri had Dima's backhand, Dima wouldn't have had a chance at this match. It just hurts to see Quadri miss great backhand opportunities. At least some ability to attack with backhand will help Quadri. Team Quadri please improve his backhand. It just hurts. I like both players.

Well done by Dima, but the commentator is too fond of him, Aruna needs to get a backhand coach, his wrist is too straight on the backhand, clearly that kind of grip makes the forehand super-fast, as you can see, but it really cripples the backhand to a a mere blocker, also, his service return is relatively weak for this level, Dima does serve well, but I've not seen anyone struggle this badly with his serves, I think for Dima to get to Ma, Boll and Fan level, he will have to change his grip, he cannot develop a strong forehand flip with his current interchangeable grip, this will limit his opportunities against these magicians and make him too predictable for them, case in point - Harimoto, his very strong forehand flip keeps him in the game when he's playing these giants who otherwise clearly out stroke him, imo
