- Went out in search of striped bass for the first time this year to see if they started moving in the bays and sure enough they’re lingering around…Schools of fish aren’t thick yet but they’re around….Trolling did the job today. Just found your channel picking up my first kayak Monday I've been surf fishing over here in rockaway got one striper already. Can't wait to try over there. Where can you launch from over there ? I've only fished from the riis park side of mpb

There’s a few different spots that guys launch from to get over there with the main one being at the bridge that they let people fish off of, get yourself a kayak dolly as you will need it to get your kayak to the waters edge…good luck out there on the yak and remember safety first Kev!
