I was totally lost with nowhere to get help. My son told me not to worry, go to CZcams or Google it. Thank you, I subscribed, and thumbs up but have to get back to completing assignments.

Your explanation makes it very simple.
This helped me a lot. I'm a Computer Technician by day and I get tons of questions from students who need help and I usually have to help them with their outlines for different classes. Usually I do it the hard way of manually going in, hitting "Enter", then backspacing the bullet out and then clicking and formatting the bullet again to what they want. I got tired of doing it the hard way and decided to finally learn the easier way of doing it and this video helped a lot! So simple. Never fully understood that button before and how to do the multi-level list. Thanks!

I wish I had found this video hours ago - helped me get over a frustrating and time-consuming hurdle! I'm actually highly experienced with Word formatting, but for some reason, I forgot how to adapt my paragraph and section headers to list levels and was trying to do it semi-manually using the other Number Format tab, unsuccessfully. Thanks!
