I hope you're having a great day. I wanted to express my appreciation for your CZcams review - I found it quite informative. I have a question regarding the Tapo plug. I'm from the Philippines, where our outlets typically have only two prongs. The Tapo plug, however, has three prongs. I'm wondering if it's possible to remove the third prong so that I can directly plug it into the outlet. Could this have any potential side effects, or would it be safer to use an adaptor?

Since max load 1200W/1800W (P100/P105 respectively) ung TapoSmart plug, pwede po ba isaksak ang extension dyan para sabay sabay mag on/off ung appliances?
Hi po may feature naba to na on state siya after power outage? May nabasa kasi ako na di siya mag o on after brownout, need pa ipress power button niya.
If yung traditional pa po yung saksakan namin (yung dalawang holes lang), okay lang po ba gamitan pa ng adapter ang tapo smart plug?

Hello, yes as long as it's within the required power requirement po. In-automate niyo lang naman po yung AC port niyo by controlling it.

Hi, I haven't tried that. Based on specs, max load is (1800W @120V~ 15 A), power requirement is (AC 100-125 V~ 50/60 Hz) . If pasok po yang AC sa power requirement then pwede po siya.

Hi, sorry I thought your message was for the Power Station. Pasok naman po yang Aircon and Ref sa power requirement kaya lang we haven't really tried using it sa mga ganitong appliances.

Hindi naman po siya intended para mag ON automatically pag brown out. Wala po yan sa feature niya. Main feature is to control your gadgets/appliance na nakakabit dyan thru your phone.
