Yes. It's crazy but anything over $1200, they make you pay taxes on and pay you by hand

We went on the Allure in October of 2023. We watched videos all about the ship for 9 months. We had everything planned out....then we stepped on that ship and our jaws dropped. It was 100% sensory overload and all our plans left our brains 🤣 it's huge, beautiful, and absolutely amazing.

1. Go do your muster as soon as you board.
2. You should’ve stopped in the Park Cafe for a roast beef sandwich.

You should make it happen. I had no idea how much there was to do on the ship. Kinda like Vegas at sea except your food is included and there is no cost to see great shows nightly.

I used GoPort as well back in January, which picked me up at my hotel in Orlando - very easy and cost effective.
It is a good service, but we stayed an extra night after the cruise. Therefore, we would have had to take Goport to airport and then UBER to hotel. It was easier to just UBER.

Hope you guys are well, looks like you had a fabulous time, I have to be controversial and say John and I after seeing that cruise and the amount of people and kids, we couldn't think of anything worse, I was feeling anxious at the amount of people, we've always quite fancied doing a cruise, but perhaps a small ship and an Adult only cruise (and with a casino obviously)! lol Tracy & John - Scotland :)
Hello. It is a huge ship with lots of people. However, you saw the 1st day. On cruises, everyone on board congregates in the same area for the set sail party. After that, it's kind of crazy how everyone spreads out and the ship doesn't seem crowded at all. You will see if different on Day 2's video Monday. God Bless

I'll do a future video on drink and dining packages,but the short answer is NO. Drinks are not free. You can buy a unlimited drink package for about $80 to $100 / day / per person. Drinks are about $15 so if you have 7 or 8 a day, you make out with the package. That includes drinks at Coco Cay as well. I have my own business selling Medicare Insurance. And yes, Professor Eynon works at a University. Lol. Feel free to email with any questions.

Allure was supposed to be drydocked in 2020 for upgrades (including water slides); however, covid happened. They'll be added next yr.😊

My 1st cruise. I was so disappointed on the Buffet food on the ship. I've come to realize that all the Carnival ships food is bland.
We enjoyed the food. Main dining was fine. Not great but decent.
@MakeItHappenWithDon well its was really just the Buffet food. MDR. Was good. And really the rest of the ship food was good. Every cruise we've been on since we don't eat much of the Buffet
