Why do you not change the gearbox oil too?
Great video! I'm just wondering when the mechatronic filters need to be changed? According to my service manual (A6 40TDI Quattro with 0CJ DL382) only the ATF oil needs to be changed, never the filters. Do you recommend it and after how many km (mine has almost 120k now)?

@@ProjektNeniČasu No just changed the gear oil for now. Wondering still if it's needed to change the filters, seem a risky job without a proper bridge to lift the car etc

Always use new bolts, filter covers 8NM +60deg, valve body to tranny 8NM+120deg, oil pan 3NM+90deg
What is oil cleaner (spray) and green paste for lubrication you are use? Thank you
The green paste is lubegard trans assembly lube.

@@cezarygzubicki263 prepare 4 liters, the refill amount is a little less than 4 liters
The old G 052 549 A2 is also applicable, both part number are specifically designed for DL382

Well, first of all this video has been made for the customer, maybe in the future we will make one in English
I see a lot of mistakes if you follow the workshop handbook al mechtronic bolts need to be replaced when you service the filters and the bolts need to be torqued and then turned certain degree as subcribed in handbook. And after filling you need to run the engine and wait till the fluid is 30 degree and the loose te fill nipple and drain till it stops then the level is oke.
I dont watn to be rude, but, occasionally, it is not educational video. The purpose is not learning the others to do it yourself, we dont show everything. Considering the technological process, of coarse we do know and follow all the requirements. And finally, we are flattered that suchtransmission experts are watching our videos. Thank you
Hi guys, can you tell me what is the mobil oil type that you used for the rear gear section please?
VW requires a specified part number for the MTF at the gear oil circuit. It is G 052 549 A2, or a newer G 055 549 A2. Note it is a low viscosity MTF with friction modifier

Новой прокладки вполне достаточно, если поддон не повреждён
Жидкий герметик может выдавиться вовнутрь и в процессе работы может кусками срываться с места и попадать в масло
