Easily Enter Diagnostic Mode on a Whirlpool Cabrio Washer

Our Whirlpool Cabrio Washer was suffering from an Unbalance error. Here are steps to Easily Enter Diagnostic Mode on a Whirlpool Cabrio Washer. This model is a wxw7300x1 and was about 10 years old. Instead of steps rotating the center knob, you need a button press sequence.

Thanks for posting the repair manual. I was able to fix our oL code based on page 3 (3:30 in video). There was corrosion on the spindle that I filed down.

What is someone replaced shaft and drain pump. Will resetting mode work??

I did not. We bought a replacement and I made that video about 15 minutes before that one was hauled away.
