Racing pigeon Revised recipe natural vitamin packed punch from Angwin Family Pigeons

‪@AngwinFamilyPigeons‬ Here’s my revised recipe for the Natural Vitamin Packed Punch
Lettuce, Honey, Carrots, Red onion , Lemon, Garlic, Ginger, Apple cider Vinegar (With the Mother), Himalayan Rock Salt, Beetroot, Elderberries, Broccoli, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric, Rosemary & Cinnamon
Once all the ingredients are blitzed up in the blender, I pour it over the racing pigeons’ corn and feed it to them.
They eat everything😋

Hi John Great video . Question = Do you make the vitamin punch fresh every time you give them or make once and store it in the fridge till it finishes and how many time a month or week do you give them to the breeders or flying team ? thanks liu

Freshly made once a week, I use mine straight away, because I have lots of birds! But you could make up a big batch use what you need & then freeze what you don't to use within the month👍

The spices the jars would it be a teaspoon of each. Cinnamon sage etc

I use about half a teaspoon but is all natural so a teaspoon is ok just not too much Cayenne Pepper

I will try to give them time to build up to it in there own time but if time is getting on yes i would chase them up. If you give them 4 weeks they should be doing it themselves. Natural fitness/form is always better mate

In the vitamin punch I add 10ml but I se 1ml per 1litre in my drinking water pal
