Chef JP, you've helped to step up my shrimp game a lot. Starting with sautéed shrimp, you can make just about anything delicious. Shrimp with roasted onyo, peppers, zucchini, squash and garlic over bow tie pasta finished with fresh grated parm reg is fantastic. Or shrimp and angel hair pasta with an olive oil, lemon juice, fresh grated parm blend dressing and finished with fresh cut basil. YUMMY! This one is getting added to my repertoire for sure. Let's go Brandon!

I made the shrimps yesterday with rice and my fiancee was BLOWN AWAY.
I put in double the tomatoes, because i took a can and i didnt want to keep half a can and also left out the butter.... because i forgot it 😅 and it still was delicious, my god. So easy and even with some changes seeming big it was great.

Not me, I have done most recipes from Ramsay (the Ultimate Cookery Course book and the associated BBC series) a lot, some Ducasse (fresh profiles flavors like Jerry Traunfeld) and Robuchon (like his Bourguignon, a lot of times, I pretty much have that one memorized). I will say I find GR video to be too fast paced. GP has a pace you can digest. I do not need to replay them before execution unlike a GR one. For Alain or Joel I just use the books.
By the way, the US has different seasons, so when he suggest blood oranges, for example, for the fall they are never available then. I was fully expecting no raspberries for the Creme Brulee but there that were, and fully fragrant, large and sweet like it was August for the one I grow. Yep, I grow my own herbs and some fruit.

Yeah, well I had to go to urgent care and could not eat solid food for over a month from second degree burns to my mouth. It was not funny at all. Even the 4% oral Lidocaine did nothing. Try 4% oral Lidocaine without your mouth being burned and your mouth will go numb. I know because I had some left over since it did not work enough and stopped using it after using it even more then prescribed to minimal relief.
It was just some rice dish I had made that was delicious enough I was hesitant to spit it out, a few seconds later I had no choice and spent the next 6 week or so in hell.
And again tonight Chef, with scallops, your Caesar salad, and your garlic bread… IT IS HEAVEN!!! Thank you!!! ❤️

I made this stuff tonight, GREAT success! I used some leftover roasted tomato sauce from last week's pizza instead of diced tomatoes, pinot grigio, and a bunch of Irish butter for the couscous. The result was an unbelievably smooth and rich dish that was perfect for this cold Friday night.

Howdy from Texas...we made this for lunch today, paired with parsley/garlic baby white potatoes, ala Chef Jean Pierre, it was delicious! One change we made, added baby Portobello mushrooms because we had them....we didn't think we needed to use the cornstarch slurry, however, next time we will. It would have been the added texture we needed, but not complaining, we still loved it! Thank you for the easy approach to meal prep, our dining at home continues to improve! Have your eggnog cheesecake in the fridge for dessert! Second time this month, because its always a holiday at our house! 😍😎😍
You helped me "sold" 4 lbs of shrimp to my family and friends in 2 weeks lol. I just want to thank you for your amazing content! I never thought cooking would be this much fun and such a stress relief. Highly recommend for people who trade stock and option.
