- If you are a fan one the teenage mutant ninja turtles or cool sneakers, Adidas and BAIT may have just put together on of the best sneaker collabs of 20204. Based on teh oringal comic by Eastman and Laird, this sheltie sneaks from Adidas incorporates some of the classic lore of the turtle franchise while also staying true to the shoes roots. Shipped in an action figure style blister pack, the shoes also come with a surprise on the inside that keeps the original coming of the four-some alive.

When adidas do a collaboration - they do it PROPERLY. Props to them, the sneaker isn't for me, but the effort they went through to create the packaging and the little subtle details - always makes their collabs top tier 👏

Very nice job. Yes, I agree with you that this is awesome packaging and collaboration details. This is the first sneaker I have seen in a blister pack. Also, yes manufacturers should do more stuff like this. The Easter egg was awesome. Again great job.
I think these are really dope. Take off the lace dubraes to get rid of the obvious TMNT connection and they are just a nice pair of shelltoes with a bit of "if you know you know". And gum soles make everything better, always.
Looks like some pretty good material on the shoe. I think the actual story is better than the shoe though. 🤷🏾♀️
Yeah it's the idea and concept for me that sold the shoe, because the actual shoe is a tad lack luster, like the colorway is still nice but I wouldn't have gotten them otherwise

Really nice detailing in shoe. I havent bought or worn a pair of shell toes in many many years but considering thr packaging this would be a really nice collectors items now while i do get the idea behind having soley the red bandana as an ode to the og comics BUT lets be real everyone mostly knws the cartoon and movies which specifically highlight the diffrent colors so idk missed opportunity for some extra cash by adidas but still love the materials and the color. And gum bottom is always 👌🏾

Everything is great apart from the laces only in red and the white parts of the shoe. Should've put another shade of green on the toe for the shell. No turtle shell is white
