different people do different things,you ever seen those sports wheelchairs? cross country\jogging , and basketball have both used them extensively and some are pretty fast in them....just saying, my dad was in a wheelchair for about a decade, a normal one,even those go faster or slower depending who uses them, like how i could use it faster than him when he wasn't on it, much less purpose built or possibly even electricity powered like a scooter especially if they've taken the "governor" out of them to "retard" the speed....i put those in quotes as those words aren't words most are familiar with in this particular context as governor is just a machine that limits speeds and to retard in this sense is to slow down and be restricted to a max preset....if anyone wasn't already aware,that wasn't about politics nor people with mental disabilities, because some words have multiple uses and meanings....for reasons unknown
