We are all unique in ourselves and Mark adores you no matter how you look. Well done Mark on completing your cycle 3 and 4 of Jo Wicks 90 day plan. When it comes to eating just make simple changes such as swap white rice for brown, rye bread and soda bread.

We have cyclone Oma hitting south east queensland and New South Wales in the next few days. TBH it feels like it has hit already with the amount of rainfall we’ve had. I need an all-over freeze -- but I'm thinking that would be a little costly! So maybe under my chin... to get rid of the extra ones that are just hanging around there for no reason! xx
