- The 2024 British GT championship recently arrived at Oulton Park Circuit, and in this video I provide you with a behind-the-scenes look at the brand new 2024 British GT3 and GT4 cars.
I also take a peek at the amazing setup that goes into a British GT race weekend, take a look at the cars' garages and also cover all the interesting paddock action from the supporting classes for the British GT Championship weekend, including the Ginetta GT Academy, GB3 & GB4 cars, and an array of Ginetta G40s.
Expect amazing British GT supercars such as the Mercedes-benz AMG GT3 and GT4, the Mclaren 720S GT3, the new Mclaren Artura GT4, a pair of GT3 Audi R8 V10s and a pairing of Ford Mustang GT4 cars, which are brand new for the 2024 British GT Championship.

Well what alot of preparation going on to get those racing cars ready for the track. Mc Claren is baned after New Zealand champion racer Bruce McClaren . He sadly died testing a race car in 1970 here in NZ. I remember that happening, it being on the news. I never saw him racing though. I saw the New Zealander motorcycling World Champion racer Ivan Mauger at the speedway. It was in the early 1970s. He was World champion five times. Some mean machines there Harley. The doors are fitted on quick release hinges so they can be removed, and it makes working on the car easier . I modified the hinges on my RX7 racecar so the lightweight doors lifted on and off in seconds.

I'm sorry Harley. I Googled Bruce Mc Claren he died in the UK at the Goodwood motor racing circuit, and not here in New Zealand like I said.
McLaren, NOT McClaren!
