The Bulls took a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series with a 108-101 victory at Chicago Stadium. Norm Van Lier led the way with a game-high 35 points. Bob Love and Chet Walker each scored 19, and Jerry Sloan added 15. Nate Thurmond had a game-high 12 rebounds. Don Criqui and Jerry West called the action on CBS.
