Golden Freddy and Fredbear are actually the same person. In his FNaF timeline, Matpat said after the bite of 83, he saw visions of fredbear saying 'it's me'. When he went to work at the original freddy fazbear's, the same vision actually tried to attack him, thus being that evan and cassidy posses the same animatronic. I will miss his theories like this.
That's not the Bad Ending theme, that's the Good Ending theme. On another serious note, I don't see MatPatt leaving as an altogether bad ending. Sure, we all hate to see him go. But in terms of *how* he could have left, I'd say that this was good. He made the goodbye meaningful and sentimental, he meant every word of it. And every tear, all things considered. How he said goodbye could be considered good, but him leaving itself? That's bad, and upsetting.
