I took the train from Pisa Central to Monterozzo. It took 1.5 hours. Also if you want to hike you need to get the permit. there are 2 hiking trails but when I went there in 2018 upper lever was closed due to the landslide that happened in the previous years. I hiked from Monterozzo to Vernazza then took a boat to Riomagiorre and continue my hike to Manarola and took the bus back to Monterozza where I had a good swim. It's was a beautiful hike. passing through vineyards, olive trees, and the magnificent sigth of Vernazza as you're approaching. The ticket also includes bus and washrooms.
