Demand for foreign spaza shop owners to offer 30% of profits to communities

Members of Operation Dudula in Soweto are calling for spaza shops in
SA to be exclusively owned by locals. Soweto Network Alert
representative, Nancy Mabena claims that some White City residents are
defending foreign spaza shop owners. The organisation is demanding that
these shop owners give 30% of their profits to the community they operate in.
