Israeli Arabs (aka Palestinians) and Israeli Jews live side by side in Israel, All together there are about 10 million citizens. Guess how many of these citizens are Muslims? Over two million.
Every single Israeli citizen has freedom of movement, freedom of speech, freedom to be who they want to be, full voting rights, all with equal rights and obligations under the law of the land. All different groups and religions are found in all walks of life, including being members of the government. So to use the word "apartheid" about Israel is just a nonsense.
Now cross the border into Gaza. Controlled by Hamas, elected almost 20 years ago. Exclusively Palestinians are living in Gaza (Palestine, so how are they refugees?). How many Israelis/ Jews are living there? None.
Christians in Gaza? They are second class citizens, discriminated against. In fact every year the numbers decrease as more and more are driven to leave. Now that is what is called "apartheid".
