@VarsityGaming It's worse than you can even think. You may not know since you have high level accounts, but even NEWCOMER is unplayable at times with hackers and smurfs especially, and it's so sad that the game mode made for new players can't even be void of scumbags

normal players get bad aim from time to time and its expected
I recently bought a pc, mainly to play siege honestly and already within my first 50 games I've already witnessed 2 blatant hackers and have been suspicious of 6 others. Obviously this is all in casual.... I was kind of expecting it since people always talk about cheats on pc but I can't imagine how bad this would be for a brand new player.
Luckily a PC that can run Siege can run most other games. There's a lot out there to enjoy, just scroll through the steam sale

It’s the reason I just play unranked and warm up in casual. I don’t want all the stress and crap of ranked with the uphill battle of cheaters.

This season is borderline unplayable with multiple cheaters in the same lobby sometimes. Every few games you will meet a cheater, it's just so fucking bad.
I run into mnk on console all the time but not really cheaters unless uts a strike pack.. And before anyone comes in saying u can't mnk on console or cheat. Ya fucken stupid.
@@codelogic9018 Thats the thing I like about console R6. The only thing we have close to hackers is mnk and half the time you can't even tell if it's a mnk user or a really good console player because mnk players arnt even that good at console siege

I play only Unranked and Casual and now those Cheaters want to ruin the game for casual gamers. It's so sad. I started during Wind Bastion and damn I miss those seasons!
When he's punching the barbed wire in the start of the match you can see him look over to the right to see if the crouching dude is still in the same spot
I haven't played siege in a few months. But I still enjoy watching some content creators like you. One thing I always questioned is why some people don't bother to make the cheaters experience as bad as possible? Obviously some people can be queued up with them, but the random players just tag along and don't tk or leave that often. It makes more sense in ranked and unranked, but in casual/quick match I don't see any reason to stay in a match with cheaters.
RB6 is a great game, the last time I played video games was on an Atari console (1983). I’m not very good because my brain is hardwired for a 1 stick controller and 1 button (but I’m getting better) and even with all the team killing (because I lose rounds for the team, and sometimes I don’t even know why I was teamed killed) in my mind RB6 is one of the greatest games I’ve ever played (compared to River Raid).

I get cheaters all the time in casual. Blatant cheating. I get the "someone you reported has been banned" regularly and usually for multiple accounts at a time. I played a game last week with 4 people that were having a "cheat-off" and would insta kill us when we spawned in, then just 2v2 to see who had the best cheats. Its unbearable
Do you get that message in-game when they actually ban someone you reported?
In the customer survice page they say they can't tell you if an action has been made to someone you reported

There are so many cheaters this season I report them and never get my elo back ubisoft needs fix there anti cheat it's useless

I take offense to the blacksmith remark, best skins in the game haha can't wait for cross save so I can get all of mine over from console. Good video as always, I must get really lucky. I just came back from a long break to pc from ps4, and I've run into maybe 4 cheaters in the last 2 months? Maybe? Can't wait to see what they roll out in February to combat the issue. literally last night same deal as the first casual match, one guy full spin botting on the other team, then a guy on my team goes "ah, hes hacking. you guys want me to pull my cheats out to stop him?" like bruh what

i haven't seen a cheater in my matches for quite a while, but i'm sure there were many closet hackers. i just hope the "change" in February helps.
Did they ever promise a change? Last i checked they promised a new blogpost on the situation nothing else
@@Lilybun they promised to release new info on the cheater situation, as well as some possible solutions they are working on. im pretty sure they also said they were working on a new update to battleeye that would be announced in February.

I only play casual because I'm here to have a good time. Sometimes I don't know if the person(s) on the other team are ever cheating or just good. However, recently the last few days I've played there obviously were cheaters because they didn't hide it. Made the matches unplayable.
Looks like it's time to stop playing.

This series is perfect for napping. Lol after the first round i am OUT baby. I both took a two hour nap and also slept for a solid 9 hours with this video acting as my personal lullaby.

We live in a very wierd situation here, exposing cheaters may get a few banned but thousands of people watch these kind of videos then some of them go out and cheat hoping to be featured
I'm so glad to see that there's someone showing how infested casual is of cheaters. Me and some friends have been trying to play Casual and it seems like every game has cheaters of some kind. It feels almost impossible to play/get better in this game.

I've got 5 blatant cheaters in a week so far (2 of them yesterday in a span of 1h) ... 1 Spinboter, 2 tracking blatantly through walls and 2 with the Maverick hole cheat where you can shoot through reinforced walls... all 5 of them in Casual/Quick Match
... I love this game and take the blatant cheaters with humor but I cannot play this game seriously anymore (I don't really care about my aim anymore, stopped playing ranked completely etc.) ...it also makes paranoid
2 months later and we're up to 10 cheaters per day in casual.
It's time to find a new game to play.
good vid but varsity when someone has walls there are two types. theres one that highlights the player (basically that orange marker around them you see in reply) and there is one with a red/green box around them so you cant see if there throwing a claw or placing traps. though i dont know if any cheats can see traps as i often dont see cheaters shoot them

The first time I ever experienced a blatant hacker in my 1000 hours of playing was in quick play. It was back when quick play was called casual. I don’t really play anymore and haven’t for almost a year
had the funniest spinbot and aimbot ive seen in a newcomer match then in the next math, i got blatantly walled through a hatch(no drones, sight, etc.) across the map from site
I had a cheather in QM who did try hiding it it, in the kill cam he flew to the sky box in favela and then was aim boting and began killing our team through the walls. This was 3 to 4 seasons ago still engraved into my memory.
Me and my friends get tired of seeing cheater after cheater in bomb, so we switch to secure thinking it'll help. Nope, it's almost every other game someone is walling, shooting mav holes with with their guns or spin botting. Having a 2nd account in low elo to play in has been the best option for us, barely any cheaters that I've seen varying from bottom silver to mid gold.

I've seen cheaters in casual too now a lot more. I got a successful report before Christmas too. This might be the first season since Burnt Horizon, that I skip playing ranked simply because I don't trust the outcome anymore.
Me and my siblings use to play causual daily because it's not as stressful and important as ranked or unranked. However, about a year ago we started to notice more and more cheaters in casual. Now it is simply out of control. Every other round at least one person is accused of being a cheater, and those are the blatent ones because no one really cares if its casual. The hackers have ruined any remaining enjoyment we had in the game.

I wonder if that last match, the accused had some sort of barricade walls. Like, if your client treats all barricades as broken, you'd be able to see Lion when you swung that barricaded window and you'd be able to hear the Finka running up to that window even though it was untouched.
If you pay attention he lines up Lion right before he kills him.

Yup, encountered some guy on my team who was using wall hacks in casual. Enemy team accused him, so I watched the replay. He was 100% wall hacking, locking onto heads through walls and pre-aiming at someones head when theyre behind a reinforced wall. Truly sad.
I had some replays of hackers in quickmatch but I figured you're probably bored of blatant spinbots and no spread. I took my literal best shot ever firing from Zodiac spawn on Yacht to Snowmobiles spawn, which I think is over 100m, a single round and a cheating teammate in full sprint. Lost the replay but I do have a recording.

I just launched the game today after a long break, and what do you know, first match - already there is a cheater! Very good.
I'll say something that's interesting, I've only been playing Siege for about 2 months and haven't encountered any hackers, in quick play or in newcomer. But it would suck to constantly be dealing with hackers for anyone.
I have 1700 hours of 99.9% casual and the only cheaters I saw and recognized don't exceed 5 in total.
I don't believe how rarely I play with cheaters while everyone says they play with so many cheaters
Is this an NA server thing or is the cheater situation in every region? Because I recently came back to the game and I haven't found any cheater yet (I've only played casual and the winter event thing)
I wonder if the time of day matters for how many hackers you run into. I've played late nights and early mornings and barely ever run into any. Maybe it's relative to when children would be awake.

That’s the cycle only way it stops if new anti cheat or something but they aren’t think about anyone but that arsehole who spinbotted them. When people act of anger it never goes well and people do it often cause we are playing a game like siege
One of the reasons that hasn't been mentioned that I like to think, is that their lives are boring or sad, so they cheat to have fun and feel good. Same as smurfs, must be a sad life to smurf to tell people you're better.

In battlefield the only bug I've incountered is not beeing able to aim and it only lasts till you die
About 2 months ago I was thinking really hard about switching to PC. With every passing week I'm glad I haven't yet. I'd rather deal with console shenanigans than the increasing % of cheaters on pc
You should do a video quizzing your friends having them guess maps based on their theme song
ive encountered a yanna cheat where ever her hologram stops they will teleport to where it was stopped or shot at and match replay doesnt work very well when it happens it kind of bugs out

I had a cheater on my team the other day in a casual match. He was closeted the first round, but went full blatant to clutch up a 1v1. I asked him why he wanted to cheat and he kept saying "I just want to test them." Sad to see
For me in casual i have recently dealt with the most cheaters ever. I am dealing with cheaters about 50%-60% of the time. Its become absurd and honestly is killing the game even more for me i already was leaving but it has got to the point where i cant handle it.
I was playing casual and kept getting matched with the same spinbotter several matches in a row. This dude is literally zooming around the map and battleye doesn't catch it. What a joke
Hopefully the anti cheat that's coming in February does something about the cheating problem.
All we know is "something" is being talked about in February. For all we know it could just be their next plans. We have no promise of an actual update that will make the anticheat better
Your theory about wall hacks making you remove the thermite charge isn’t that great because different cheats have different quality. Some walls are just lines or boxes. The guy did play very weirdly - like he was trying to look like super bad/new player (staring at walls and holding angles on walls) and then he’d start suddenly holding correct corners and flicking well.
Is there a way to tell which datacenter the matches are from? I feel like EU-West has very little cheaters in gold low plat. We have like one per season with our fourstack. But might also be a matchmaking thing that solo-que is heavily infested.
On xbox, in 3 matches i had 3 people with strikepacks in a quickmatch
16:42 you can still see the last image the drone saw in the background if you look closely. If the image is copied, then it may be at low opacity, or it could just be an automatically generated image distortion. I somehow doubt you can capture an image of a distorted image and call it art though. I do agree it sucks that Ubi stole it though.
its definitely low opacity and flipped, if you look around at patterns on the piece, they're identical.
I honestly have only seen one cheater ever almost a yr ago. I'm high silver to mid gold and play mostly case with 4 ranked placements played this season and 18 last season
I wish ubisoft does something about the increasing cheaters problem. Last time I played with friends, I had cheating random on my team. I was considering tking him but he was so bad that I decided against it. It was sad.
realistically what can they do now? not a whole lot. they COULD request access to your entire PC to confirm that there is nothing running background or actively that is interfering and manipulating siege, but that means giving ubisoft access to ur entire data which a lot of people are, unsurprisingly, not keen on. i think it's honestly too late to save siege.
I got a guy recently with a Medusa cheat, you die if he looks at you, no matter if you have a shield or not.
I don't believe Snoopingdoggo was using walls. He could have just been prefiring the breach, but all of this is subjective. Love your content!

I came back to siege after half a year, on my second game in casual the enemy team had two cheaters, they just ran around shooting people while holding some gadgets in their hands. Then they said they know me irl, said my name and the city I’m from… the creepy part is that my name is not stated anywhere on my account… I now remember why I quit siege

I exclusively play quick play with friends because we're not interested in ranked. It's usually less overt there than the stuff you've shown in ranked but wall hacks aren't that uncommon. Every now and then we'll watch the replays and see people blatantly tracking us or pointing at us through walls even though there are no cams or drones left for intel.
That was my match 6 i accidently threw both my impacts because i forgot my own keybinds
That 50% stat has to be cap. I hardly ever see cheaters lol.

I started at velvet shell and this is so sad to watch. I took an almost 2 years off and wanted to get back. I just don't know now...
This stuffs honestly just become sad instead of frustrating anymore. I want to improve in siege and want to enjoy it but can't. I try not to play alone much due to just how toxic the community usually is but i've tried to push myself through that but the hacking has got to a point like I've never seen before really. I'll take days off and still come back into a match right away with someone hacking. I just took 5 days off due to being matched with a spinbotter 2 in fact queing together being matched with me all day long. Thankfully they did receive bans. However my first match back a teammate right away is speed hacking all the way to a door waiting, the second the match starts the entire enemy team is dead round won. This same guy is queing with 2 other people I kept getting matched with in prior days without knowing those were hacking as well. Kept trying to que to avoid these guys and got matched with them the whole rest of the day, after them admitting they all were hacking and laughing non stop at me about how they'd never get caught they've been doing it for seasons I just quit again. Not to mention they'd just tk me constantly and spam the N word. The one guy is champion ranked while hacking. It's just sad truly that I can't play this game anymore. Tried to get a conversation/insight but it's pointless. A game they love enough to hack in constantly and play all day they're killing the player base and don't realize it.

Before they had the decency to only do it in ranked, but now it feels like they are actively plotting to kill the game as fast as possible.
I've been playing recently on PC on US central and I've gotten like no cheaters not that I know of but I've leveled up 30 times without one and it doesn't seem that bad
I’ve seen more cheaters in quick match than I have unranked.
2 months later and they're just infesting Casual.
I just wish Siege could go back to where it used to be. It used to be such an enjoyable game to play for me. Still one of my favorites of all time but just sad to see what it has become
