Looking like the Chariot, Roman, and Halo Emperor are the molds you should be relying on the most. And if the wind picks up, a more stable plastic or similar molds that fly the same but handle wind better. Will be rooting for you digitally while watching the leaderboard!
Get a note pad, and write down hole to hole the obervations you make. In your down time, go through your notes and give yourself 3 disc selections (no wind, high wind, aggressive). Use it as a reference and narrow it down as you get more info. This will take the guess work out of your decisons on tourney day.

I like the way you tailor the holebreakdowns and shot selection to your own skillset. As someone who is also very comfortable with straight backhands I think you are right on the money when you don't get suckered into spamming hyzers.

Hey Anthony, love seeing you have a more casual attitude, I feel like when you're chill you play better. Watch the Tour life interview with Presnel, he talks about his grinding on B and A tiers to help build his confidence and mental game. I wanna see you on the pro tour, but I feel like if you would take time working more tourneys would probably net you more success and growth. Just my two cents. Love your content and I mean all of this as encouragement, not judgement.

One thing I notice about your practice rounds is you throw SO many different discs. And you are constantly bringing new discs and new "drops" into the bag. I think it's the number 1 thing hurting your game.
I think facing the elevation change is the biggest issue causing that.

Try out a blank white bottom stamp S blend emperor for forehands. They are pretty flat, and alot more comfortable for forehands. 😊

I think for the open shots you just need to stick with the Roman throwing flat. It goes far enough and you seem to have the best control with that mold. The last thing you can do is take a bogey cause the birdies are a little harder to get. Imagine playing clean with somebirdies aprinkled in. The Roman works regardless of wind for the most part.

i understand that being positive is beneficial while playing but I also understand that for things to get better players have to speak up, especially when it comes to implements like baskets and teepads. Players just want standardization on the things they shouldn't have to worry about. Not saying you have to speak up or anything but it's important that some do. Your example of fast and slow greens is more about preference, a faulty basket or super slippery teepad is not.

Things definitely look further on camera. Over the past year, ive finally decided to learn proper form and actually practice disc golf instead of just watching it and playing a few times a year. I used to never pay close attention to the distances of the holes on coverage, i just assumed they were way far away and i couldnt average better than double or triple bogey. I still cant throw over 320ft unless i get a lucky throw but the pro level holes actually seem almost reasonable now. Some of them at least. Like i may not be able to park a 425ft hole but it doesnt feel absolutely ridiculous any more. A lot of the shorter holes or setup shots the pros are playing i can now look and say oh i can actually do that. Apologies for rambling

Seems like practice here is all dependent on the wind… also how is this a pro tour level course… it’s an ugly property with boring hole design. As a northeast disc-golfer this course is laughable.
Before you say I’m a hater… seems like even most pros don’t enjoy this property/event.
