I Played a Disc Golf Tournament with Only a Glitch

- In this video, I play a PDGA Sanctioned tournament with only a MVP Glitch. The Glitch is a PDGA Approved hybrid disc that is intended to be used for a game of catch as well as out on the disc golf course - and I am a big fan of it.
There was a lot of thought and time that went into making this video and risking my rating to do something as silly as this. What kind of fun is life if you take it too seriously?

I would love to see you do a tournament with weird discs only. Elevation, glitch, arobie epic... etc. I think that would be a really fun video! And If you havent tried their discs yet Doomsday discs has some of the most experimental discs on the market, I'd love to see you make a video on their landmine or bunker buster.

I love this course!
I haven't seen a lot of "Glitch hate". People seem to like the Glitch but they also know it's not a great disc to use in many situations. It's fun, it floats and is super glidey. It doesn't take a lot of power to get distance with it. It's definitely a great disc to have in your bag for many reasons. Cool video though! You do better than I do with a Glitch only run as I've tried many times and can't seem to not blow up on at least a couple holes.

I love your videos and especially this one because I love the glitch to.
I am personally not a glitch fan too many variables between conditions in the Watt (basically a max weight glitch) it has totally replaced my berg and continues to amaze. I would love to see you do a video comparing the glitch and the Watt.

My favorite disc right now is the Malta by Discraft. Try a whole tourny with just the Malta!
AC is a great place for this bit, though. So many shots are already perfect for the Glitch. I played this course today and threw my Glitch a ton.

I've always thought that a Kaxe would make for a good one-disc round. Think about it!
Try using the Ohm for a one disc round. Glidy 2 speed putter with a little fade.
Well, it didn't work quite well in heavy wind when I tried but flies quite well otherwise. But so does my Blizzard Ape which is even lighter, and it can tackle winds a tad better, although must keep it too quite low.

I think it's a terrible putter but I bet you could shred with a glitch and putter. Great video!

You should do a tournament with the cheapest discs you can find or like a solid set a new player could pick up just to try it out
The one thing I know as a multi glitch owner is…you don’t just “throw them in your bag” like other disc (a La the warp)…you put them flight plate to flight plate with another less flexible disc, so flat side to flat side, treating them like a “soft” whatever putter disc you like…and don’t put them in your car if it’s warm out, cause instant warp. They always self correct if your not stupid and just melt them in your car to basically flat, but I’m sure that general warp tendency isn’t helpful if you’re careless. That said the new R2 Simon glitches don’t warp nearly as much, they’re just black, so ya know helpful for throwing into bushes.

The key to throwing the glitch is to channel your inner Simon Lizotte.
Glitch is super fun, however, it’s so light it kisses chains and can walk away everytime

I'm with broderic. on this one... if you think the glitch sucks.. it's because you suck.. it does what you tell it to do and is a VERY fun disc imo ... i mean simon loves it and uses it pretty regularly lol
to be fair i don't use it much during a round and i never use it for putting because the lip feels weird for how i put and it's too light for me but far as throwing it i love it for dead straight shots or soft anny back hands

tbf alex clarke is probably best played with only a glitch, maybe only 1 basket you cant reach with it
