Most of these inventions were a little daffy, but the Finnish sauna was a popular item. I think Lucy got stuck in one in an episode of "I Love Lucy."

Correction. The two story bike was NOT called the “Goofy Bike”. Nor was it considered an “invention” to be marketed. It was made in 1939 by Mr. Charlie Steinlauf of Chicago who was known for making all types of strange bicycles. He did it merely for fun and entertainment. Many people liked what he was doing and so they too started making odd bicycles which they would often parade around town together for all to see.
These type of odd bike parades still take place annually in cities like portland and Seattle.

Glow in the dark tyres would be pretty cool, why didn't they take off I wonder?. The "Krummlauf" looks as if it could've been used in the JFK assassination or something similar...as for the ice cube mask...it just looks weird!.
That gun for shooting around corners, yes the Germans designed that on the stg44, but that gun is the American m3 sub machine gun and that is an American NCO holding it. The Germans actually designed it for sweeping enemy infantry of their tanks.

You know what would make a great invention, but they cant seem to figure out. Faster freaking air travel. Thats what people want
Not really, maybe the top .1 percent.
Everything is faster than it's ever been and people still complain. You want a faster flight, take a nap
that's already invented. it's called concorde
@richardgibson1872 the Concorde is pretty much an unfinished invention, it was limited to fly it's full potential on many routes, hence losing money
