I have a vivid memory in 2005 of arriving in London for the first time, taking the train from Gatwick airport to the city. I had just bought the cd of this and was listening to this song. This really made my day, and got me excited about visiting the city.
This is one of the best records Ive heard in my life...!
Right on right on
You and me both !
Voivod dimension hatross
Is equal !
You have this on vinyl?
Jack Danger is one of unsung heroes of electro, the development of beats in early industrial, and defining an important era of Wax Trax! and Play it again Sam records. From an era when you had to search out music. Storm The Studio!!
Take me back to where it started- my addiction to save the day! Genocide (God od storm the studio) playing in club AM in Houston fucking Texas on a head filled with window panes and yellow baby double domes at the tender age of 14 brought me back here. Now my ass sits on the couch...healing up a busted skate knee- gotcha there! Forever young mutherphuckers!!
He's also a VERY cool dude. I have been lucky to hang with him on a few occasions when he played at my friends music venue. His wife is awesome as well.
This album is still my most favorite of all Meat Beat. My ex ruined my legit 99% shirt and it still pisses me off.
this one sold me.
back from the days when there was good creativity in music/industrial.. classic album to drive fast and chill to - high
Before Industrial knew to classify itself as industrial.
Meat beat @ metro best show ever love this album
@@bellacatlover23 very true
Take one of your answers and set it very still like on the floor.
You know where might be a good place to get official MBM lyrics from? Disk inserts, online sites?
BEST.SONG.EVER.
Classic.
Still kix counting thirty years.
I've been amazed throughout the years hearing MBM's maturation.
What great style!
When he starts with "Hey Everybody she's up in the air..." It just fucking explodes the way Meat Beat does. Just perfect!
I hear the MFSB sample and a few others. But they are placed in the right spots. Nice.
all time favorite
welcome to being cool.
Absofreakingloutely! I used to LOVE to watch people get down to this track😁💗
@@harlem4653 I listened to the whole album at my grandmas house, snuck out for a smoke, she listened to a bit at breakfast because she was curious. She said, "It
's good because music puts energy in the body"
I don't know where she sends me but I like it there....
Really *99%*
What's the distant echoing 'holler' sound/sample from at 0:43 ? Aha - it's from Malcolm McLaren's Buffalo Gals opening.
I just found out that the guitar riff (and horns) are from the song "Sexy" by MFSB .
Don't rely on salvation!!
Break out
Say less word. Jack danger who he is?
My guess is xxph4nt0mxx was still in diapers or not even born when this came out...
Work a pole
at first i thought it was gonna break down into some sweet techno. this leaves someting to be desired. still nice though.
30 years later its still this....but that techno song in your head is gonna come and go partner
Maybe you are not feeling high
