I really want Normani to get the chance to get shine the way Beyonce, Cardi, Nicki, Camila and Rih does. She is a helluva lot better solo than in a group (although she did shine much more once Camila left). She seems like a sweetheart and a class act.
The reason why those women shine is because they've got a good team behind their backs (I'm speaking about beyonce and Rih specifically) they're smart and understand the music industry. I'm telling you, you could even not the best Singer in the industry (like camila) and still manage to book events and stages and sponsor deals. The reason why she's being pushed everywhere is because of her team. From the looks of it, Mani has a good team. She has a manager who genuinely cares for her career and well being, she's signed to a label that was specifically made for her and other R&B artists and she was smart enough to change her management too. After everyone saw the BBMAs they saw mani's true potential for the first time. And she's always in the studio and stays off social media which is key. If she keeps hustling like this she'll definitely shine like them.
