- We discussed getting Grandma some new teeth since she ain't got none. I came up with a great idea for a GoFundMe page and shared the concept with the ladies: MAKE GRANDMA EAT CORN AGAIN! Grandma was more interested in buying a new cow and shot down my fundraising operation for her grill. She says teeth are expensive, cause you pain, and cost too much money to maintain. Grandma claims he can eat corn on the cob just fine.

Grandma can make money by selling goat meat and goat cheese so she can save money to improve her house. They can learn to be self-sufficient and stop relying on the foreign guy to shower them with free money. Fatima and Grandma can lead the way for self-sufficiency and the foreign guy becomes a hero for providing these opportunities for them.
I bought this same AC unit for my mother in law a year ago LG inverter I did some youtube investigation on maintenance and low and behold Cebu Aircon Services has a video on how to clean it. They are the only one on youtube I saw that does. I know in another year or two I will be tasked with cleaning it ughh

I envy Grandma. As someone who has been plagued with jaw and teeth problems most of my life, I have spent more time and money at the dentist than I care to think about. All that just to now preparing to go spend tens of thousands of dollars in the very near future. While I don't think I can just say " eh... teeth are over-rated", I ENVY the fact that she can. Grandma says she don't need teeth coz the corn is soft enough for her to eat without teeth. Grandma says you can't leave teeth to family if she dies but she can leave the cow to family if she passes. Fatima is correct in preparing for the unknown when she says she needs a house in case she cannot afford rent when the love of her life passes. Just get grandma some more goats and build Fatima a bahay kubo for the mean time. lol

We bought a split system and no need for the Big hole cut out of the wall. The guy drilled the holes for the electric and the copper tube. The installation was quick and I tipped the guy well. He comes once a year to clean the outside unit.

Unless it's in her hands it's only a lot of words. No one intends to leave their family broke. It just happens everyday. If he hasn't given her something that can't be taken away from her she has nothing. They rent , only his cameras have any value. A house is harder to steal and easier to hold on to. Does he have life insurance? Does he have a big investment portfolio? To the poor a house is all those things. My father died when I was young and I had to quit school and go to work full time. When you live through it you can see it. Does he have a safety net in place? Does she know about it? My father didn't,and it doesn't make for easy living. You sound like you have had an easy life without any major trauma. Get down in the dirt and tell me how it will be all good for them. No one thinks that they might die tomorrow. She is scared listen to her voice my mother sounded just like that after my father died.

In this matter, I do agree with Fatima. If you die, how is she going to provide for the children? She won’t even have a place to put them. You have 2 children, that’s beyond difficult to raise them without any financial means. She’s not asking for a total concrete house, it can be combined with bamboo.
