- I worked on a great collaboration with DiskCart, which I would highly suggest you check out, but in that video I discussed way to display your digital switch games. This tutorial can also be used to make reproduction art for lost cases. In this video we take deeper dive into that topic and provides some specific resources to help you give your digital games a proper place on the shelf!

As someone who lives and switches between two homes regularly digital games prevent me from having to carry around a large number of games. But I have always wanted to display my games on a shelf. Super helpful vid. Thanks.
Thank you very much, now I can display even my digital games!
Heck yeah and you can create your own custom art work too :)
Love this idea man! Its nice to have cases for some of these amazing games that have no physical release!
Thank you sir and thank you very much for having me on the channel, again, the project turned out great and I look forward to being able to collab again!
Fan-freakin-tastic! Great job on these cases for digital only games. It's no surprise coming from Rocker Gaming! 👍👍👍
Thank you very much! These are a lot of fun to do and are nice as they serve as a reminder for what you have in your collection. That Switch home screen is too small, lol.
I'm really surprised how good that paper turned out, if it was in a store, i wouldn't know the difference between the official and the one you made. And also surprised you can buy the cases straight from Nintendo. The result looks perfect! Good job!
(I think I'll have to upgrade some ps2 game cases of mine now that just have copy paper)
Thank you sir! I agree this does look really nice. I have been using a laser printer from work and it has awesome results! You can absolutely upgrade your PS2 cases as well! The cover project has a ton of PS2 art on it.
Of course we love these!! They turned out fantastic!
Thank you very much and thank you for sharing pictures from your collection! Glad to see I am not the only one who does this too!!
Hey, we're glad too! When we try to tell others about this they give us that one raised eyebrow and ready to lock us away look. lol
Hey PD I was watching this vid again over the weekend. Being the usual late adopter I always am (I like the dust to settle!) I’ve just got a Switch which I’m getting into. Your vid gave me some great suggestions on digital games to try, and by pausing and checking out your new neatly spined printed cases I could see that you have got a great eclectic mix of games along with some of your beloved beat em ups, so I noted them down plus I can see you have some beautiful special edition and limited edition boxes and bundles. As usual we are the poorer relation in the U.K. and the Nintendo.co.uk website sells everything apart from Switch cases which sucks. That being said thanks once again for a nice clearly presented video. I love these Quick Hits vids they are a nice format.
Thanks John! Glad to hear you got a switch, I love it! Remind me next time I send you something that I will get you some cases! One game I didnt show a case for, that I would highly recommend, is Curse of the Moon. Its very reminiscent of Castlevania 4 for the SNES in feel and gameplay. Its pretty cheap on the eShop and can be beat in 3 hours, highly recommend it!
This is a great idea. I've accumulated quite a bit of digital games on the Switch lately so this could come in handy. I've done this with some of my PSP and PS2 games in the past (missing artwork) but the paper quality wasn't near as good lol. Thanks for sharing man.
Dude, couldnt agree more... I have amassed a ton of Switch digital games and this always reminds me of what all sits in my collection, lol.
One question folks will have is how to print the case art. I forgot to mention this in the video, but I have a power point presentation on my google drive which is already formatted to the exact size you will need to print everything to. Just delete the old images on the slides and print. It should also perfectly center everything for you if you do cover and inside jacket as well.
Here is a direct link to that power point deck: drive.google.com/file/d/1Gr7Cn2TQYlt278IdtexT4JbffD1j7BY0/view?usp=sharing
Great video sir as Always !! Funny, earlier this week I was wondering how to display digital content into my collection and this video was exactly about this hahah!!
Haha, sometimes its better to be lucky than good :) Thank you very much and glad you enjoyed it!
This is an awesome and very helpful video. Where can you find the golf story cover art on the website?
This is pretty awesome! I’ve been printing some artwork for cases in the last couple of weeks. My main problem is aligning both sides of the page correctly to show the art for the cover and the inlay case art. Do you have any tips to do this? No matter what I try to do, I always end up with a small border on one side of the page. The art never lines up, it’s so frustrating
Man this is brilliant! Thanks for the video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Ordering the cases is only for USA or Canada. I had to ask a friend to order them for me, and now 20 cases are on their way to Norway =)
@@josevillouta4588 heck yeah! Glad you had someone who could help you!
This method is perfect for Dreamcast dvd covers as those old jewel cases don’t hold up too well ☺️
That is a good call, and 100% accurate! I will have to look into that, but I feel like Wii cases would look best for DC :)
Hey dude thanks for the awesome video! How do you go about getting the interior cover art?
Most of it I made and just printed it by flipping the sheet over. A lot times folks will post both interior and exterior cover art
thank you so much 😍😍
I've tried printing off a Customer cover several times from Staples which either comes off and too big, too small, lopsided, or with the inner cover upside down. I've made measurements several times on my own and with the Staples staff, but nothing seems to be getting the cover to print off correctly.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if there's simply something outside of my control which keeps causing the Cover to print off incorrectly... Do you have any pointers on the Margin sizes that fill the negative space so I can just paste it in the middle of the page and print it off like that?
Thanks
May I know what specific type of paper and printer (laser?) did you use? I've made a couple of test prints to get the right size before, and inkjet + normal paper just won't cut it.
Yes the printer I used was a business laser jet from work, the paper is the presentation paper from office max I showed in the video. I would do a test print from the power point I have on my Google drive as it is already pre sized, there is a tiny but of "over scan" on the so cut inside the outter edge if you use the power point.
Hey do you know where I can get some game card cases I looked in the website and it said they aren't selling physical products
How can i Print the right size Mine ist to big ist has the size of a DVD cover
what size in inches would i put it on in google docs?
Do you have a link to super Mario odyssey cover
Keep up the good work..
Thank you sir! I am very much look forward to our project :)
How do you get both the back and front of the cover art on one page? Aswell as how do you print the inside art on the same page as the outside and back cover art?
Exactly
You can download the game to an SD card and put it on an SD card holder and glue it inside the game box
Hi, when are you going to bring that video for led modding? Im still waiting for it. At least please give me the part list so i can try it on my own if you dont want to do a separate video on it.
Its very soon, I promise. I have been a little bit nuts with work, but plan to drop that video in the next month or so. The videos I have been releasing were made quite some time back. In the mean time, I am more than happy to share the parts list:

Here is the RGB strips I used - www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077GP3T12/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Really any 5v RGB led strips will work, I just had those left over from the kit. I am also working on a new RGB led mod which will be shown in the next video.
Very cool
Thank you sir! Much appreciated!!
where did you find all those covers ? i would like to download the cover for games like super smash or mario party, since i only have it in digital form and i cant seem to find them ...
I have links in the description to all the covers and where I found them. You should easily be able to find those covers in the sources in the description. Sounds like this is the perfect application for you!!
thank you so much!!! do you know a final fantasy 7 and 9?
Make sure you check out the subreddit I linked, it is great and they have tons of art that is getting updated all the time. I did a quick search and found these. You should be good to go :)

@@RockerGaming Thank you so much for this!!! really!
Nice man
Thank you sir! Much appreciated!!
Nice work. I can never get the 2 sides to line up when printing.
Take a look at some of the assets I provided on my drive. I struggled with that too, but I actually print out of power point and it seems to allow for them to line up perfectly!
I have a couple of recommendations from my experiences. For a project like this there is little importance to having all four edges line up perfectly front and back. If you cut out the front and the back is slightly misaligned, it can be lived with.
Alternatively if that is still not satisfactory, make sure you are using an image editor to print, not printing directly from Windows, and let the program set each image to the center of the page. To the inside image you can add a small colored boarder or if you increase that image by a couple of percentage points this will allow for a small ‘bleed’ margin that will cut off nicely when you cut it out using the front cover lines to guide the cut. This ensures that the inside image or color will always extend all the way to the cut edge.
My Mario Kart Card Game instruction sheet was made with the problems of front and back alignment in mind. topspot123.files.wordpress.com/2017/12/instructions.pdf The front has a direct cut line, but I left the back’s margins empty so any small amount of misalignment would not have a frame of reference to call attention.
I hope this helps!
Do you have some art for Super Smash Bros Ultimate? Great vid btw
I dont but the resources provided in the description will have it for sure!
Do you know where i can get 2 disc gamecube cases?
I would search Ebay. I need a few of them a while back and there is where I was able to find them.
Hello mate do you need Photoshop to start creating your own custom cases?
I dont think you need it but it does make it easier IMO
@@RockerGaming Ok the only issue I'm having now is finding the right size to print my cases
i tried printing from the slide show and the art size keeps printing too small
it doesnt seem to scale to the proper size
What dimensions should we use to print them?
Great question! I have a power point in my google drive which is pre-set to the proper dimensions. Here is a direct link to it: drive.google.com/file/d/1Gr7Cn2TQYlt278IdtexT4JbffD1j7BY0/view?usp=sharing
@@RockerGaming Thank you! Though it seemed to still come out a bit too big
i got dimension 8.125x6.375 in
Hey can u send me a dragonquest builders ? Or make me one ?
this is what i want to do but i have 250 digital games, and it would cost me like 300-400 dollars to get all the boxes and prints... too bad
2:24 dats not nice.
haha, shoot I forgot to mute that! Whoops, my bad!
Lol
demonitized
@@DiskCart hahaha
Hey at least I can use Nintendo footage now 😁
Next can we see how to make them in photoshop? 😉
Fantastic idea, For sure next time!
i know a good free website called pixlr its a photo shoping website
Gotta figure out how to size it and make it print double sided lol. Printed one and it was the entire page. 😂 🤦♂️
2:22 lmao
Whoops, that should have been edited out, lol
Instead of doing that
jUsT cUt It WiTh ScIsSoRs
True true, I just happen to have a good tool for the job 😁
@@RockerGaming Haha, i understand. I mean lets be honest. No one ever wants to do it with scissors as it would mess up the perfect line!
Amen to that! Although I always seem to manage to cut this on a slight diagonal which always bothers the hell out of me 😂
@@RockerGaming I could make such art like that. If only i had a printer.. Mine broke years ago.
pointless, yes, amazing none-the-less
Amen to this statement!!
how about having a cooperation with us, i am marketing manager of mumba, we can send u free mumba grip case and carry box to test, ok?
