Unbelievable game. Barnes has been sorely missed
Absolute rollercoaster of a game which opitimises our season. Barnes, Anderson and Hall made the difference. Lewis Hall has to play going forward no ifs and buts.

I remember loads of beltas saying gordon and barnes could not tie maxis shoe laces haha. Good result but we were shocking at times today and i think we miss gordon as he was the one that kept dragging us up the pitch. But get in man. Hwtl and howe in all day long.

we were dead & buried at 1-3 until moyes a saurus made his changes...
if he had of left it alone, we were looking at 1-5...
however, we got 'lucky' with the miggy injury... because that's when howe brought on barnes...
not to change the game... but to change an injured player...
that's my concern.

That 20 minutes was the best I’ve seen us play in months. Hall did very well he needs to start more he can play midfield.
100% agree with you about barnes I’ve always rated him and at the start of the season I was expecting big things from him and obviously with his injury’s it has been tough but off the back of that performance today I think he will be a massive player for us in the final stretch of the season

We have also closed the gap on manure, Villa still have to play the top 3 and chelsea, spurs still have to play the top 3......theres a very small chance we could still finish as high as 5th if everything went our way. Like you said, last 9 games is now a mini season

That game was like watching a carry on film at times...could not believe we got the result at the end...no 1 seems to mention the pass from isak for the equaliser..isak cold as ice from the pen spot man...can any1 clear up the Gordon situation is it a 1 game ban or a 3 game ban!!

No Gordon for Tuesday but it means he can have a rest as he had a niggle around the 80th min it looked like. Centre back situation is bad now we can't be playing a high line with burn and schar and no fit replacement unless jamal is okay. Might need to call up youngsters
For the rest of the season we have to start Hall, Barnes and Anderson, the energy they bring to the team is what is missing. As for next season I don’t want to see Dubravka, Krafth, Lascelles, Burn and Longstaff anywhere near the 1st team they are nowhere near good enough and it is embarrassing that these players are still at the club
