I was listening to a recent upload about wealth and abundance, in 28 days I had housing. It's been 35 days housed from a few months in my car, I adhered to being here and listening no matter where I was. Thank you. I apply the eight hour sessions to my day and night to reprogram limited thinking and hurt. I learned I was so stuck on unhappiness and sadness I didn't remember good days. When I was in my 20s I had the audacity (as some would tell me) to go around believing I was blessed! So of course my life kept showing up with ridiculous blessings! Does anyone have more success with "you" affirmations than with "I am"? I wonder if it's better.
It is totally up to personal preference my friend! Try both and see which one resonates with you more ❤️ Wishing you so much love, happiness and abundance, Jess 💞
Its definitely better in some cases. You can say I am affirmations in a self-empowering way, but it is possible that you will not believe them if your mind has resistances. However, if you are listening at night or in the background, you are affirmations are DEFINITELY better. Your subconscious mind knows that this is not your voice and just hears someone talking about him or herself if it's "I am". Also, all these deep programmings you received as a child were spoken directly with "you are" to you by your caregivers.
