Hey man, my files are only being "partially recovered" instead of "fully recovered". There's no video image when I play the file back, and the audio is very corrupted and noisy. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

Awesome info! I downloaded another piece of software, waited 40 minutes for it to scan my SD card and then found out I needed to pay for recovery. Found this video and was able to recover 60GB of video files fast.

Did not work on the quick scan, so doing the deep scan now too, and so far, it's saying it found 300+ files. I don't remember this drive ever having that many files. So not sure that this works entirely, but I am hopeful.
HELP :(
1. I tried to transfer folders from sd card of my phone to laptop by "Cut" then "Paste". When i opened the folders, pictures are ok but video files are gone.
2. I tried to transfer the same folder back to the sd card, video files are still missing.
3. I watched and tried many file recovery videos and there was one video that suggests that you should try quick formatting on the sd card. Now, theyre all gone T.T
4. I tried again different file recovery videos, and nothing worked haha. Can i still retrieve even just the video files?

Hi, I used the program, and the results were that there are 162 files ignored. Does this program recognize Canon RAW files with the cr2 extension?
What do the colored circles mean next to the file? Green, yellow, and red? I have a lot of red circles next to my files so I'm worried it'll be corrupt

would you happen to know how to recover files when "importing/copying" files from your SD card to LR CC then accidently cancelling it? I cancelled by accident and now lost those files. LR CC decided to create its own folder in my sd card and started making copies. Then lost my files when i cancelled.

I selected 1 file to try if it works, and then it recovered. But why the second time I tried with other file, the file's gone? It asked serial number first and I canceled, then I re-open recuva and that file's literally gone. Can you help me?

Hello there, I watched your video with great interest as I had overwritten a CF memory card. I purchased the Professional package from Recuva as I had lost a whole day's images from my Canon R5 Mirrorless camera. However, after doing several sweeps with the Recuva I did not find my lost images which I briefly saw on my computer screen. As a 70-year-old, I am not really savvy with computers and wondered do you have a way/direction for me to retrieve my scenes? Or have I simply lost them forever? I would try running the recovery again. Sometimes it doesn’t pick them up on the first try

just found your video as I need to try to recover a deleted video from an SD card, the program found some .mov files and I saved them to my hard drive. but I can't open or play the files at all and I have several video players. Any ideas? using window 10 and even tried my video editor Davinci Resolve.

Thanks Man! You saved my arse! I was a bit careless when managing a load of files back n forth from sd card, pc and external drives and by mistake, I deleted very important files.
Tried some other ones there were "free" and best top 5. But they took forever to scan (2hrs for a SD card) then it wanted payment to recover.
This worked great! It only took 38min! Total recovery and easy like you said.

Hello, great job explaining the process, it's quick and easy...however, just wanted to hear your thoughts as to why you think RECUVA keeps crashing near the end of the scan. I have tried it today several times and keep getting the same results. I deleted more than 20 previously recorded YT videos I had on my SD card and can't seem to recover them because RECUVA keeps crashing. Please help!
That’s so weird, I’d try just deleting the software and then reinstalling it and see if that fixes the crashing bug

Did not work because the file directory on my SD card is wiped. I know the data is there, other recovery programs have located it, but then they want crazy money for a version that will recover it.
