    I run mine with w2ihy eq and eq plus with a studio mic thru the rear accessories port with a w2ihy cable. You have to set the mic imput to line level in the menu. It bypasses the mic preamp amp and goes straight into the balanced modulator and I set the input and output level on the radio to max and set the drive with w2ihy iplus.....it sounds fantastic. 73

      No I did not need to reduce contact jitter. Guess I was lucky to get a good switch.
