I doubt that there are no more new VKs in general, there are hundreds of Disney Villains. We could see more pop up in the future, for all we know the other villains could have a kid featured in future Descendants movies out side the original group of vks, they could even expand to Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars if they wanted to, the possibilities are endless
