Then have done LLB thoroughly, but now in a company as an Associate Consultant. doing compliance work in cyber security plus seeing legal cases. I don't have a very good background in cyber security but have gone through policy making procedure. One question Guruji, Which services do you fail from main site to DR site and which services do you failover from DR site to main site first?
this is not main site we call as a production server otherwise DC
In failover process we bring up DR server as a production server

Namaste sir, thank you so much for the video. You have explained the process very well. I have a query and request you to kindly help. Would like to understand the major differences between testing the BCP plan and testing the DR plan. Because as per my understanding, BCP test has a) Structured walkthrough b) Preparedness Test and c) Full Operational test. And DR test has a) Checklist review b) Structured walkthrough c) Simulation d) Parallel and d) Full interruption.
Also, wanted to check if its absolutely mandatory to perform BCP and then immediately perform DRP, meaning both have be consecutive and cannot be performed in isolation?

BCP Co-ordinator
The BCP should be a collaborative initiative within all the functions/departments of the organization and then collated into one plan by whoever is assigned the mandate.
