HOW TO apply a tensor bandage to the knee

Dealing with acute knee pain can be really scary. One of the first things we need to do I manage swelling. Using an ACE bandage or a tensor wrap.
Basic principles:
- don’t apply the wrap too tight. Avoid tingling/heaviness in the foot
- wrap from bottoms up
- use tape instead of the clips
- avoid using the tensor at night
