I actually learned a lot of FL tricks with this vid. Like. I've been chopping my sample and saving it individually on my drive, i had no idea you can drag it straight into the time line.
not bad but your compressor isnt doing jack if your ratio is 1:1 homie, you're just manipulating gain at that point. good tutorial for basic entry level producing but mixing is an art in itself

Do you offer a course that explains how to make these kinds of beats ? If not do you know where I can find one? Im thinking of switching my DAW from reason propellerhead to something else more work flow conducive. But I think I could use a structured approach with several classes, each having action steps/homework after each class.

Are audio technicas good for mixing or are they too heavy in the high end because they are for gaming. Whenever I mix on them and then go to my other earbuds, the mix is either too heavy in the high end and lacking bass or there is way too much bass because I had to boost it in my audio technical to hear the notes. Am I better of with good speakers?

The only remote fix I've found is to set a rate or an arpegj to 1/12, 1/24, 1/48
