- The Mercedes-Benz O405 was a successful single-decker bus built by Mercedes-Benz from the mid-1980s to the early 2000s. It was the replacement for the Mercedes-Benz O305.
The O405N is the low floor variation which was in production between 1994 and 2001.

Install: The installer will download the bus to your PC. Put the installer to your OMSI's main directory. It is possible, that the download won't work, that's because the server is overloaded, in that case please be patient.

Because back in day (late 60s - early 90s) the buses in Germany were based on diffenent standards. These are called VÖV. StÜLB, SL, etc. Like the SD200 or 202 series, NL202, O405 or the older O305 or Ikarus 190, etc.
Actually the factories worked with identical body parts. The size of the windows, doors, the distance between the wheels, almost everything were predetermined. (I hope this is the right word.)
In a nutshell that's why the German buses from that era looks identical.

Don't forget to copy the TD_O405N2_Innenrollband and TD_O405N2_Linienrollband folders in the Anzeigen folder. This will solve your problem.

Csak én érzem úgy, hogy túlságosan kilő a busz, mikor elkezd D-ben kúszni? Eddig egyik busznál sem tapasztaltam ilyet, elég furcsa így vezetni. Élőben is ilyen lenne ez a busz? Nem hinném. Vajon lesz rá valami javítás kiadva? Amit kiadtak patch-et, csak rontott a helyzeten, álló helyzetben ugrál a fordulatszám, alig akar felváltani, csak pörgeti a motort mint állat. Mindenesetre nagyon ígéretes busz, az NL202 óta egyik buszról sem gondoltam volna, hogy az lesz az új kedvencem, de ez esélyes! :)

Az 5., a vollmatrix-os buszban van Voith váltó. Hallatszik a hangján, és érződik a menettulajdonságain. Az ne zavarjon, hogy ZF logó van a sebességkapcsoló akármin.

I installed the bus and its patches
The bus with the matrix display seems to be working fine
but the other versions 'spin', the line numbers keep circulating instead of displaying the numbers I set (for example 76)
Any solutions?

Very nice video of the bus. I have now downloaded it, and I must admit that the bus is brilliant in every way. Sounds, realism, model, everything is very good. However, I have few questions I hope you can help me with. It seems like the versions where the back door goes inwards instead of outwards has more engine power. This is very noticble uphill. Is this correct? And also, when I want to place the bus on a map, I don't get any destiantion to place it on (I have the .hof files).Can you help?

How do u set a route on that bus, i cant see any letters or numbers on that route thing
Vielleicht das Server ist überbelastet. Wenn du alles so gemacht hast wie das bei tram-duesseldorf.de steht und trotzdem geht der Download nicht dann kannst du nur warten.

Egy leges-legutolsó kérdésem lenne még, utána nem spammelem tele a hsz-eket, ígérem.
Hogyan lehet átállítani Voith-ra? Kipróbáltam mind az 5 változatot (lengő-bolygó 2. ajtó, osztott-osztatlan szélvédő, mátrix kijelzős), de mindegyik ZF váltóval van. Esetleg valamit a fájlokban kell átírni, hogy Voith legyen? Nagyon szépen köszönöm előre is a segítséget.
doesnt show the numbers when u write the ziel, route, etc in the patches fix that?

I need help, how to put letters on rollband, like I put 09210 to IBIS, it should be 92E, but it gives only 92...
Hoe does the IBIS works on this bus ? There is no words appearing on it, I only hear sounds when tapping randomly some buttons. I can't program it either without going by the menu (Alt key)... Even though, it only writes down numbers on the matrix without any destination !
What is the problem with your IBIS exactly?
I've done it, but it hasn't worked. Does the instalation of the new ZF mod (the one you made a video of few days ago) has somethong to do with it, like the scripts change we have to do... ?

I'm having a little problem... I've had the bus installed, everything worked fine, but then the Aussenschwenk and the Innenschenk versions of the bus doesn't work anymore (They don't appear on the map at all, and it bounces). Only the Voltmatrix version works fine (I can play with). Any idea please ? Thanks

ZF és Voith váltók vannak a buszhoz. ZF jobban rángat, a Voith finomabb. A fordulatszám direkt ilyen. Messzemenően az eddigi legélethűbb busz.
