An instructional material for Physical Education 8 (Fourth Term)
The binislakan dance was performed to commemorate the stay of Limahong, who built a kingdom in Lingayen and the Chinese settlers in the area long ago. The dance use two sticks to produce rhythms, imitating the chopsticks used by Chinese in eating.
*This dance version was modified.

Nag champion kami sa folk dance na to when I was in Grade 8 nakaka miss.. yung tipong excited kami Kasi may stick kami na kawayan na hawak then pag yung partner namin na lalaki ndi umaayos Ng sayaw hinahampas namen HAHAHAHAH nakakamiss lang sobra.

You may name it for using your own (as your personal reference), for you to easily master the dance. Furthermore, this dance demonstration is for the mass… in the literature, figures 1-3 are being done facing the audience. However, figures 4-6 are executed facing your partner. Sana naka tulong sayo. 😊
