This is great. This is how I always make my tactics after joining a team. However, I'm never patient with the process. I never tweak until I get it right. If I lose enough games, I will find myself downloading a plug and play tactic.
But I like your approach. It's very good

Haha. You have to resist downloading tactics. Thank you for your comment. I’m glad to learn that you enjoyed the video.

Fala Pedro. Beleza? Obrigado pelo comentário. Fico contente que tenha gostado do vídeo. Eu deixei o “out of possession” normal. Eu fiz alguns testes e não gostei. Por ex: eu testei a linha da defesa mais alta, porém tomei algumas bolas nas costas dos CBs. Eu mudo bastante o Out of Possession durante o jogo. Se eu preciso atacar, eu subo as linhas, aumento a pressão e coloco o “Get stuck in”. Se eu preciso defender, eu desço a primeira linha para ficar bem compacta a marcação entre o meio e a defesa. Abração!

Thank you for this video but I don’t think you showed line of engagement and Pressing and the out of possession stuff. Otherwise great vid!

Hey Eric. Thanks for the comment. I'm glad you liked the video. I’m using a standard line of engagement for now. I tried a few options but I didn't like the results. For example: I tested a higher defensive line, but I conceded some goals because coverage was not good enough. As for Out of Possession, I’m avoiding Counters and Counter Press because my team is slow and weak. However, I often change it during the game. If I need to attack, I use higher lines of engagement, increase the pressure and use “Get stuck in”. If I need to defend, I bring the first line down to keep the marking between the middle and the defense very compact. Cheers!
