I’m currently a nail technician. I work with polymer and monomer several times every single day. I recently decided to go back to school and a friend the is a MDM suggested the I check out dental lab tech. And OMG is like a dream. I think she’s right and I’ll be pretty good at it. I applied to my local community college for this fall. I can wait to get this good and do cool things like this.
I only wish you success. You will do great and the opportunities are endless!

Thanks for the videos I clicked over here trying to get an idea of how to make a checkered retainer. I see them on different color charts and I was trying to come up with a simplistic way of doing it bubble free,1 pour.

Hey Quick question how long does it take to make a retainer like from molds to finished product?

Do the clear retainers yellow over time, or lose their clarity? Or are some acrylics more clear? Wondering which color of retainer stays looking its best the longest?
Never saw this comment. Yes. Clear turns yellow. Better getting a darker colored retainer
Do you charge more for this type of pattern verse a regular design?
Yes, anywhere between 10 and $15 extra
