I’m so sorry that you’re struggling, you can always reach out to me if you ever want to talk 💗 i don’t know how helpful my advice can be, but I think that it might help to try to balance studying with resting, where you could try shorter study sessions paired with equal or slightly longer breaks, especially if you’re struggling with focus and motivation. try not to push yourself too much, especially if you’re having a hard day💜
