You know chickpeas and vegetables are useful and vital to our body, so today l tried to show you HOW to prepare an easy and healthy peas and vegetable salad with 2 kinds of special sauce.
    Peas salad drives everyone crazy. This chickpeas salad is perfect for who are interested in salad that is prepared with peas and vegetable for their lunch or dinner and also who wants to lose weight .
    INGREDIENTS:
    Chickpeas 1 cup
    Green peas 1 cup
    Chicken fillet 300(gr)
    Carrot 1 piece
    Cucumber 1 piece
    Tomato 2 pieces
    Olive about 12
    A bunch of dill and parsley
    Sesame 2 tablespoons
    Lettuce
    Ingredients for sauce
    (1):
    yogurt 1/2 cup
    Olive oil 2 tablespoons
    Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
    Vinegar 1/2 cup
    salt, pepper, thyme and mint powder
    (2):
    Vinegar 1/2
    Olive oil 2 tablespoons 6
    Balsamic Vinegar 1tablespoon
    salt,pepper, thyme and mint powder.
