The problem for NATO is that Russia has fully implemented the late Soviet era 'Reconnaissance Strike Complex' of 'ZAPAD 81': improved sensors across all service branches, automated command and control and precision guided ordnance - as demanded by Frunze, there is no need to maneuver until the front collapses due to attrition - neither is it necessary to break through with armoured columns as stand-off weapons negate any difference between a line of contact and a rear - what can be reconnoitered by satellite, drone or man, can also be accurately struck, _in real-time_ as intelligence reaches commanders.
The only counter is to have more strike weapons, produced _at the beginning of the conflict_ - the so called 'correlation of forces'.
Not investing into a wartime economy and social mobilization ? Artillery duels will be lost and any force concentration will be destroyed.
Well Ukraine seems to have woken up and noticed that holding ground is not worth if it cost all your forces. But now might be too late for them.

The river crossing comes from Dima (millitary summary) i suggest looking at his vid as he comes to that conclusion from ukranian bombing vids

DPA: WW-2 was USA's last "declared war". Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, etc.... Congress may have voted on funding, but they did not go as far as to "declare war".
Our systems are very broken here in USA, decisions are made from the bottom-up.
Its almost impossible to "declare war" in the post-WW2 legal environment.
Korea technically was an UN not USA war, USA were most troops, but was not USA in war.... technically. Iraq first war I think there was a real declaration if memory serves me, the later one not.

That area to the east of Razdolovka, The Military Summary Channel reported that area captured over 3 weeks ago. You might want to stop bowing to "DeepstateUA", your so-called accurate source. Stop giving them control over what has been captured and what hasn't. Just report it as grey area if there is fog-of-war, simple.
You complain almost every day about how inaccurate they are, so why keep saying they are this great "trusted source"? Rybar (that's pronounced ree bar, means "fisherman") is a lot more accurate than they are. DeepstateUA's entire motive is to lie now, because Ukraine is losing, they have to make it look like it is not as bad as it is.

@@siddharthbirdi yes there was footage of a UAF tank firing at positions in the residences South of the Vovcha river. But it doesn't necessarily prove RUF was there because you don't see any of them in the footage, but it is suspect enough to color the map gray in that area.
