When the re-deads from ocarina of time fight you, they scream loudly and latch on to Link, slowly draining his hearts.
I am a big fan of OOT and the re-deads will always be one of the creepiest things I have ever seen. Especially with their certain behaviors.
I'm still terrified of them to this day,I avoid them
I have a theory - the happy mask salesman is a descendant of the tribe that created majoras mask. He disappears at the end which backs up magic, and he seemed sad when all the bad energy had been drained out of majoras mask, implying he's sad it's original purpose was gone. Why he has other mask mask I also have a theory about. He collected as many mask as he could, in search of majoras mask to keep it's possession in his tribe. But remember, that's just a theory, A GAME THEORY!
At the end of the manga, Link, in fierce deity form, points his sword at the salesman's face and says; "Begone, troublemaker.", after the final fight. I personally believe he's a sort of version of majora itself, like a living horcrux. Coincidental that the mask "lost its power" when it's back in his hands too. I've been told the manga isn't canon but it still casts doubt on him and none of the media portrays him overly positively. My own game theory I guess 🤷

Was gonna mention this as well. That was definitely the inspiration for those. The Flatwoods Monster was also associated with UFO activity.

Actually, the mystery around the snow temple in TP is explained in its manga if I remember correctly ^^ Ashley explains to Link that the mansion belongs to her and her family, it was passed down to her by her father, who trained her to be a knight, and if I do not mistake anything, the mansion is so isolated because her father was a knight himself and served as one for the royal family (Which would explain the weaponry in the mansion) It even says that Ashley doesn't mind the Yetis living there, I hope this comment clarified a few things ^^

In the game _Ashei_ states she's "never seen a mountain as high in her whole life" implying she's never visited Snowpeak Mountain to argue for the Snowpeak Ruins to have belonged to her family. The Zelda mangas are non canon to the games so they can't be used as sources of canon Lore connected to the games.
@@javiervasquez625 Sorry for using "Ashley" (It's the german version of her name because I read the mangas and played the game in German, but nice to know how it's spelled in English ^^) I know they're not canon, the autor said herself that she added her own solutions to some mysteries (Like the Snow temple), she actually rarely visits the mountain herself in the manga as well, she just simply explains it when Link asked her how she came to know of this place (The manga could be seen as one of the many answers to this mystery, I'm not saying it's THE solution, but it's simply an explanation, but I understand your comment ^^)

Actuallythis first mystery is based off of the real life flatwoods monster from 1952 where kids were playing in the woods and they saw what appeared to be a tall figure with a giant heart shaped head and bulging large eyes that glowed in the dark. Director of majoras mask Eji Enouma confirmed thats what they were based on and in japan at the times of majors mask release Japan was going through a UFO craze in the 90s and early 2000's
In the Twilight Princess Manga, it is actually the case that the Snowpeak Ruins are actually the old home of Ashei, who is a knight of Hyrule in said story, and that she chose to leave it to the Yeti couple (the mini-boss doesn't exist in that version).
The barbarian clothing set very much looks like Link is wearing Gannon's skull, which seems to imply that the battle between the two goes back even farther than we've seen in the games thus far.
Regarding the Navi part, no official source gave a reason for her departure, but while it may not be canon, the rom hack game The Legend of Zelda the Missing Link gives its own possible answer. You find a book explaining that fairies are forged from dust and magic, some as healers, others as guides, and once their duties are complete they return to the dust state from whence they came, never to be seen again in the world of the living. And it also says that the guide fairies who are destined to guide destined heroes live the most tragic lives of all, as they often don’t receive any recognition for their efforts and all the fame and glory goes to the ones they were guiding, and all they have to look forward to is the same dusty end that all fairies reach once their duties are complete. With all of this in mind (assuming you accept it as canon) it sounds like the implication is Navi left to die.

in the manga, it was revealed that majora was an ancient beast who wreaked havoc. one day, a traveler encountered majora and spoke to it. the beast was actually miserable and wanted to die. the traveler played his bongos and the beast danced until it died from exhaustion. the traveler carved a mask from the beast's armour.

There is actully one NPC that knows of the ghost ship in windwaker some of the fishmen will tell you about a sea chart that will allow you to enter it but they dont mention gjost ship they inly say it
