2025 Volkswagen ID.Buzz long-wheelbase arrives with Canada-exclusive 5-seat option | Driving.ca

    There’s about to be a lot more Buzz, and we mean that literally. The versions of the Volkswagen ID.Buzz you’ve seen up until now have been the short-wheelbase setup that will be sold in Europe and other markets. But here in North America, we have a reputation for believing bigger is better. And so, this continent is receiving a long-wheelbase Volkswagen ID.Buzz, meaning that’s the one we’ll see here in Canada.
    In Canada, we’ll be able to choose between five, six, or seven-seat configurations. In North America, the five-seat long-wheelbase model is a Canadian exclusive. Volkswagen Canada conducted studies in our market and found there are buyers who want an ID.Buzz with the rear seats permanently removed to allow for easier loading of camping equipment, outdoor gear, mountain bikes, and similar item.
