Singapore is actually a year-round destination. Rainy season is always unpredicatable and if it pours, it comes and go pretty quick.
Christmas is a great time to visit though. Try to avoid F1 period and other events like big artist concerts where everything drastically gets expensive, as well as avoid school holidays where all places can get overly crowded.
