That VZ game was a pain to watch
It's been 6 months since people sent a Vz 55 replay in this channel. This tank is more or less underrated imo
No it’s a very weak tank in todays meta. Literally no reason to drive it over other hulldown tanks other thank its appearance
@@SageSea1You are wrong, it will not be the BEST tank in the entire game but it is very good if you know how to use it correctly, its cannon and mobility are good, with this tank I have 5 masteries in 45 battles played, and the appearance is more than acceptable
@@Rnzo-xs6zl I also had 5 aces through 45 battles, the reason aces are so easy is because the tank isn’t a consistently good performer. The mobility is poor. Terrible traverse, terrain resistances and reverse. Decent forward power to weight and top speed but once you are stuck in a position, it can be hard to leave it. The weird mobility is accentuated because you have an enormous, paper thin lower plate, 0 side armor and even the turret has weak spots so you will quickly be overwhelmed. 7 degrees of gun depression for a tank that can really only be used hulldown is also quite bad. The gun is certainly good, but rivaled and perhaps even outdone by the e5 which is another hulldown tank that has similar (maybe slightly worse) mobility but stronger armor everywhere, a smaller profile and way more flexible due to having actually good gun depression.
The vzs main issue aside from being outclassed by other hull down tanks is that the lack of flexibility make it almost useless on certain maps and it’s impossible to carry bad teams in it because it takes comfortable positioning to do well. Unlike tanks like the is7 which can still take over games in other ways if holding hull down isn’t working.
The vz needs a buff. Plain and simple. There’s a reason nobody drives it anymore. In fact, it’s my ONLY tier ten tank I have with a sub 50% win rate despite having a high ace badge to battle ratio. Think about that. So many games where I don’t make any big mistakes but simply can’t do anything as my team falls apart and I get punished. It’s performing especially bad in the new matchmaker because of Unicum platoons rushing you without a second thought. Nobody is scared of this tank. It needs special consumables at the very least. It’s just too bland, predictable and easy to kill.

@@retrynot12 really good. But bad when you are sniping in long range because they removed the Reticle Calibration on that line so it's more to play in 2nd or 3rd line
@PoisonedIvoryGirl yea usually I don't stay in the sniper spots but in some maps it's difficult to push up. I think maps like mines or Normandy are where it sucks to be playing lightly armoured tds. You kinda just gotta hope that people overpoke and you can get some shots off. Idk tbh
