    the USB Image Writers, used to have a Persistance Checkbox that you could Select when making the Drive.
    Nie and easy. Then it Dissappeared aroudn the Time Ubunty 18.04 came out.

    So If I understand this right, once I learn the details, I can boot a live debian 12, and a live Fedora 40 from the same usb stick. (just not at the same time)

      Yes, with Ventoy, you can have as many ISOs on there as you want.
