yep, as simple as you want to be. I also use the small draw knife for a scraper. what do you use to keep the bugs out of the hickory? they are wicked for making saw dust out of it.
I'm a big fan of you and Mr Carter, but I'm also a disabled army vet on a fixed income so I may have to pay in installments and when paid in full you can send me the bow

I haven't had any problems yet. Just seal the ends and put them in the shop. Hopefully it stays that way.
