College authorities told us that they will not give us LC or TC before getting conform new admissions
LC or TC is not mandatory initially. You have to submit it at the time of admission only.

aise he hota hai ..college allot hone ke baad he milta hai and it is required at the time of admission but abhi idhr the field has astrik and in the note it is written that it is not mandatory
